Returns/Cancellation Policy We want you to be 100% happy with your order, which is why we offer a no quibble returns/cancellation policy. As a customer of LensCases, you have the right to cancel your order(s), under the distance selling regulations. This is to allow you to examine the goods before deciding if you wish to accept them. If you wish to cancel an order, written notice (either by email or post) must be given no later than seven working days from the day you receive the goods. We will refund your payment in full, including the original delivery charge*. Goods must also be returned to us within 14 working days. Please ensure that any items returned to us are safely packaged, to avoid damage in transit. We also recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office, as we cannot be held responsible for returned items if they are lost in the post on their way back to us. After seven working days have passed, we will provide a gift certificate to the value of the product returned for you to use on any item from LensCases. (Please note however, that we will only accept returns for up to 30 days). This does not affect your statutory rights. If, in the unlikely even that you have a faulty item, please Contact Us, quoting your order number, for an exchange or full refund.
*Please note that if your original order was placed using a time-sensitive delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, we will not be able to refund the extra delivery cost. Only applicable to customers within the EU. For customers based outside of the EU, we will only be able to refund the cost of the items returned. |
