Delivery Information


We despatch orders using the following methods:

U.K Mainland - Orders will be sent via the method you select at checkout, which is either Royal Mail First Class (Delivery will usually take 1-2 working days and costs just £1.50) or Royal Mail Special Delivery (Delivery is guaranteed by 1pm the next day, although you must be available to sign for the parcel - we suggest using a work address if you will not be at home. This service costs just £6.75)

Europe and Worldwide - Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail. (Delivery will usually take 5-7 working days and costs just £3.50 for Europe and £4.50 for worldwide destinations)

Christmas Delivery

 Please note that delivery times may be longer during the festive period, due to increased demands on the postal service.

To ensure that your order arrives before christmas, please note the following dates:

Any orders placed after the last delivery date will still be processed and posted within 48 hours, however they may not arrive before christmas.

Please note that if you select Special Delivery as your order method before the deadline of 8pm Monday 22nd December, you order will be delivered before Christmas, however you must be available to sign for your parcel. We suggest that you use a work address as your delivery address if you will not be available to sign.

Ordering before the last order dates above will guarantee that your order will be despatched before Royal Mail's last postage dates, however once it has been posted, we rely on Royal Mail to deliver it by the times they promise. If you need your order before Christmas, it is recommended that you choose Royal Mail Special Delivery.
